These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the fa111 platform and its users. By using fa111 services through our website, mobile site or any other channel, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms of this Agreement.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of our platform's terms of use. In such cases fa111 reserves the right to cancel all associated accounts and any related bonuses.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent money laundering, fa111 may request identity verification documents when necessary. These may include:

• A copy of a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence.
• Proof of ownership of a bKash, Nagad or Rocket account.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement).

If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on fa111 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact our support team.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

3.3 Transaction Limits

fa111 reserves the right to set daily, weekly or monthly limits on any transaction. Any transaction may be suspended or cancelled if fraud is suspected or unusual activity is detected.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw this, bets totalling (৳1,500 × 20) = ৳30,000 must be placed.

4.2 VIP Cashback Program

fa111 has three VIP tiers. You can advance to a higher tier by staying regularly active and increasing your deposit and betting amounts:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week.

VIP tier assignment is at the platform's discretion and may change at any time.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one bonus may be claimed per household, device or IP address.
• Restrictions may apply to games played with bonus funds.
• Promotional offers may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraud, the account may be terminated and funds forfeited.
• The period for meeting the wagering requirement is set from the date the bonus is awarded.

5 User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Acceptable Use

By using the fa111 platform, you agree to comply with the following:

• Use your own account personally and not grant access to third parties.
